Call for Abstract and Video Reviewers
The Society of Gynecologic Surgeons (SGS) is seeking volunteers who are interested in serving on the 2027 Abstract Review or Video Review Committees. If you are interested, submit your information via the “volunteer” button below. The deadline to apply as a reviewer is August 10, 2026.
Requirements for Reviewers:
- Be an Active SGS member in good standing.
- Be willing to review assigned abstract/videos according to program timeline.
- Be able to participate in two scheduled conference calls.
- Be able to review assigned submitted manuscripts according to program timeline.
Scheduled Timeline/Conference Calls (preliminary)
- End of September: Reviewer Guideline Conference Call
- Mid October: Reviewer Deadline
- Mid October: Abstract/Video Selection Conference Call
- Beginning of January: Manuscripts Assigned to Reviewers
- Mid January: Manuscript Reviewer Deadline
