  • About

Established in 2015 through a partnership with AAGL, the CBGF–SGS FPRN®, formerly the FMIGS–SGS FPRN® Subgroup, connects CBGF fellows with the SGS Fellows’ Pelvic Research Network (FPRN®) and provides opportunities to participate in collaborative, multicenter research focused on advancing minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and pelvic health.

Through involvement in study development, data collection, analysis, and dissemination of research findings, fellows gain meaningful hands-on research experience while contributing to studies that inform clinical practice and advance the field. The subgroup also supports mentorship, scholarly collaboration, and academic growth, helping fellows strengthen their research skills, build academic productivity, and foster a lasting culture of inquiry and innovation within the fellowship community.
