A block of rooms has been reserved for the SGS Annual Meeting attendees at the Adam's Mark Hotel Dallas, 400 North Olive Street, Dallas, TX. You may call the hotel's toll-free number (800) 444-ADAM, or its direct number (214) 922-8000, and ask for group room reservations. Be sure to identify yourself with the SGS Annual Meeting.

The single/double room rate is $185 per night. Room reservations must be made by February 4, 2002, to guarantee accommodations and the special SGS group rate. Reservations made after that date will be subject to availability at the prevailing rates. Book early to guarantee a room at the Adam's Mark. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Please plan to stay at the Adam's Mark. SGS has contracted for a certain number of rooms to guarantee the low group rate. If these rooms are not utilized, SGS is contractually liable for the room block.
Please note: All reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival with a major credit card or with a check for one night's room and tax deposit, which will be charged at the time of the reservation. Deposit for reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival are Non-Refundable.

LOCATION AND AMENITIES
Dallas is a family-oriented destination with many convenient and reasonably priced flights into Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport or Love Field. The newly expanded and renovated Adam's Mark is located 21 miles (30 minutes) from the DFW airport and only 20 minutes from Love Field. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Dallas arts and financial districts.
