New mechanical methods and graft materials are appearing increasingly in reconstructive pelvic surgery for technical facility and hopefully for better and more durable outcomes. A technique is demonstrated using automatic triggered suturing devices and acellular collagen matrix. Emphasis is placed on correction of urethral hypermobility and paravaginal defects.
