LAPAROSCOPIC SACRAL COLPOPEXY: A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH

This video presents our technique of laparoscopic sacral colpopexy. We demonstrate dissection of the pubocervical and rectovaginal endopelvic fasciae and presacral space. We employ two techniques of attachment of polypropylene graft to the anterior longitudinal ligament of the sacrum. Laparoscopic sacral colpopexy is feasible and safe. Our technique is identical to sacral colpopexy performed by abdominal route.
