The 2017 SGS Scientific Program Committee invites you to propose and volunteer to lead a roundtable discussion at the 43rd Annual Scientific Meeting to be held March 26 – 29, 2017 at LaCantera Resort & Spa, San Antonio Hill Country, Texas.

Proposals should be submitted here.

The deadline for submission is August 15, 2016 and selection will be made by August 31, 2016. 

Roundtables will be held on Monday, March 27, 2017 between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm.

 Wine and cheese will be served at each roundtable.

When submitting your proposal to lead a roundtable discussion we will ask for:
Your name
Your phone number
Your email address
Your professional affiliation
The roundtable discussion title (note this can be tentative)
A general theme/topic
A short (2-3 sentences) description of the roundtable topic and 2-3 questions you plan to discuss

If selected, you will be responsible for all costs (e.g., registration, travel, lodging). You will not be required to register for your roundtable.
